I just find it bizarre that she wears her heart so openly. It really is none of our business, but she feeds us just enough detail to speculate. I guess the enigma is by design!

hey they could be together now. who knows? but them being together now does not mean that beauty and the beast is about lindsey and that everything stevie writes about or says is about LINDSEY!

At least I am not a concern to Lindsey's management. The stories are highly entertaining though.

Believe what you want about BatB but give the man some credit for helping her with Gypsy ....even Stevie knows he did.

The same arguments bear repeating. Stevie made many demos of Gypsy, some quite polished (see the recently surfaced master reels). And especially, the song was recorded with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers during the Bella Donna sessions PRIOR to the recording of the Mirage album (again the master reels). The "TP Gypsy" certainly isn't that different from the "FM Gypsy". So what is this "big part in helping her" that Lindsey supposedly played?

Ka ching!

So much for retiring blissfully to Arizona!

Sidenote......whether SnL are together or not does not make BaTB about Mick either. Stevie has fudged about her lyrics before...is it so hard to believe she could possibly be doing it about BaTB? Personally, IMHO..the song is relevant to her right now because of her father, not some supposed long lost love connection to Mick Fleetwood. The lyrics are particularly profound right now, I would imagine and I am sure Mick is not what is on her mind when she is singing it.

He got credit as producer my dear. Seeing as the song was completed before he got his hands on it, his part in shaping Gypsy was simply that, production. I'm not sure why he should get a songwriting credit for that
As I said before, Mike Chapman didn't get a credit for turning Heart Of Glass from a reggae song to a disco tune.

It seems that Joe and his wife have separated.....but I don't think it has anything to do with Stevie.

That's cool he was at Stevie's show last night. He's been in Cleveland the last few days doing James Gang shows. Joe seems to be at the making amends part of his recovery so maybe he and Stevie have gotten over their past and now can be friends.

Do we even know if Joe is still married? Maybe HenleyFan would know.

Welcome to the fold! So glad you can jump on the delusion train with us all

Indeed. The purchase and not rental of a home IS quite interesting--a HUGE house for just one woman, eh? Ironic? I think not

Thanks for the info. I am sorry to hear that and I am sure that Stevie had nothing to do with it. I am glad that they do seem to be friends or might be trying to be friends.

yeah because stevie and lindsey being together now means that every song stevie has sung in the past is about lindsey and everything she has said in the past is about lindsey!

i think not!
