Jason, I expect the Jury to decide based on evidence as well. Its just that I think there is PLENTY of evidence to point to guilt. You just chose not to believe it.
For myself, the word of the victim is a HUGE decider, plus his brother/sister, as well as the former employees, the videotaped police interview, the prior evidence, all point to a history a pattern and a current problem that MUST be stopped. as usual, we are on opposite sides.....
