1) Do you believe in love at first sight? Yes, absolutely.
2) If given the choice of 1 year in love with the man or woman you’ve always wanted, after which time you would be alone for the remainder of your life (or) 50 years in a good relationship, but with little passion, which would you choose? 1 year of intense passion over 50 years devoid of any at all. 3) Describe your ideal mate. Have you ever come close to finding this person? Funny, smart, laid-back, kind, quick, and a humanitarian...I have him now. 4) Do you believe in “it is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all” or do you prefer to “play it safe”? No playing safe, better to have "loved and lost"...I'd rather have something to remember than die feeling there could have been more. 5) On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being the highest), rate how important sex is to you in a relationship? Frequency, quality or both? 10. And both 6) Have you ever written a poem or a song for someone you loved? Yes I have. 7) Destiny has paid you a visit and introduced you to the man or woman you could see yourself loving for the rest of your life. The hitch is, he or she is in a relationship or married already. Do you go for it or move on? It depends...the feelings would have to be mutual and it would have to be pretty intense, because generally I avoid those triangle things. 8) Destiny has paid you another visit and introduced you to the man or woman you could see yourself loving for the rest of your life. However, you find out that this person has 6 months to live. Do you go for it or avoid the ultimate pain this relationship will cause you? Go for it. I would regret it if I didn't. 9) Put the following four relationship characteristics in your order of preference (1 being the highest, 4 the lowest): Communication. Sex. Trust. Wealth. Trust and Communication are a first, then sex, and wealth would be last. 10) Would you ever marry for money? No. I am far too independent. 11) Would you die for the person you love? Yes. 12) Do you see yourself as a faithful lover or one who might be prone to stray? I am faithful, if you don't count occasional flirting and associating with various guy friends. 13) How many times have you been in love? Twice. 14) How many times do you feel a person can love in a lifetime (with different partners)? I think each person has a built-in limit. 15) Do you believe it is possible and even probable, to be in love with two people at the same time? Yes. 16) What is the one thing you must have in a relationship and cannot compromise on or give up? Loyalty. 17) What is the one thing you will not tolerate in a relationship? No loyalty. 18) Do you believe that saying or hearing the words “I love you” on a daily basis is necessary in a relationship? No. 19) Do you believe in destiny and soul mates or do you feel it is all the luck of the draw or random? I believe in destiny and soul mates. 20) How many soul mates does one person have in a lifetime? Have you found yours? If not, do you feel sure you will? I truly feel each person has their own soul mate limit, but probably about two. I have only had one and he is with me now. |

1) Do you believe in love at first sight? Love-No, Lust-Yes
2) If given the choice of 1 year in love with the man or woman you’ve always wanted, after which time you would be alone for the remainder of your life (or) 50 years in a good relationship, but with little passion, which would you choose? Wow, this is a tough question. It depends; I think it would be extremely difficult to be totally alone for the rest of your life, but on the other hand, I would want to know just how "good" the 50 year relationship was going to be. If I knew the 50 year relationship was going to be really good minus the passion, I guess I would go for that. 3) Describe your ideal mate. Good Sense of Humor, Intelligent, Fun, Caring, Compassionate, and Thoughtful. Have you ever come close to finding this person? Yes, that describe the guy I married word for word. 4) Do you believe in “it is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all” or do you prefer to “play it safe”? It is definitely better to have loved and lost. There is nothing like being in love, even if it ends badly, which it has for me before, but I don't regret a second of it. You have to take risks to find true happiness, and some of those risks aren't going to work out. 5) On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being the highest), rate how important sex is to you in a relationship? 7, it is important, but it shouldn't be what is keeping you together. I built a seven year relationship on sex, and I realized that was all that was keeping us together. There has to be more, and I have found it. Frequency, quality or both? I think quality is much, much more important than frequency. 6) Have you ever written a poem or a song for someone you loved? Yes 7) Destiny has paid you a visit and introduced you to the man or woman you could see yourself loving for the rest of your life. The hitch is, he or she is in a relationship or married already. Do you go for it or move on? I say go for it, especially if he/she is in a relationship but not married. If he/she were married, I would definitely be hesitant about it. Although, if he/she were truly happy with his/her spouse, I wouldn't be able to break it up anyway. It isn't totally in one person's hands; it takes two to tango, as they say. 8) Destiny has paid you another visit and introduced you to the man or woman you could see yourself loving for the rest of your life. However, you find out that this person has 6 months to live. Do you go for it or avoid the ultimate pain this relationship will cause you? I say go for it; I believe it is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all. 9) Put the following four relationship characteristics in your order of preference (1 being the highest, 4 the lowest): Communication. Sex. Trust. Wealth. Trust, Communication, Sex, Wealth 10) Would you ever marry for money? No, money alone doesn't make a marriage. 11) Would you die for the person you love? It depends on how you mean that. I would risk my life to save the person I love, but I wouldn't take my own life over him. 12) Do you see yourself as a faithful lover or one who might be prone to stray? I am very faithful. I have had several long term relationships, and I have been married for going on eight years, and I have never strayed. 13) How many times have you been in love? Twice 14) How many times do you feel a person can love in a lifetime (with different partners)? I think you can be in love several times in your life. You can love people for different reasons--each love is different. 15) Do you believe it is possible and even probable, to be in love with two people at the same time? Yes, you could love both of them in different ways or for different reasons. 16) What is the one thing you must have in a relationship and cannot compromise on or give up? You have to have trust. If you can't trust your partner, you have nothing, IMO. 17) What is the one thing you will not tolerate in a relationship? Extreme jealousy; I hate for someone to be so jealous that it truly interferes with the relationship. Someone you can't go out with, because a fight will ensue. 18) Do you believe that saying or hearing the words “I love you” on a daily basis is necessary in a relationship? Necessary-no, but it is nice to hear. 19) Do you believe in destiny and soul mates or do you feel it is all the luck of the draw or random? I believe in destiny to some degree. I think people have a certain path that they are supposed to be on, and I think your relationships and mates are part of your path, but I also believe that people have free will and can stray from that path. 20) How many soul mates does one person have in a lifetime? Have you found yours? If not, do you feel sure you will? I'm not sure that there are "soul mates." I think that there are people who fit together and can make their relationship work better than others. Also, I think some people can be more compatible than others. You could be sexually compatible with one person or emotionally compatible with another person. Sometimes, you are lucky, and you find someone who is compatible to you in every way. I'm very fortunate to have found someone I'm truly compatible with on many levels.

1) Do you believe in love at first sight? Absolutely
2) If given the choice of 1 year in love with the man or woman you’ve always wanted, after which time you would be alone for the remainder of your life (or) 50 years in a good relationship, but with little passion, which would you choose? I would pass on both. A lifetime of loneliness just isn't worth it, nor is a passionless marriage. 3) Describe your ideal mate. Have you ever come close to finding this person? Well, he'd be kind, tall, liberal, emotional and empathetic. He'd love animals and have the utmost respect for our environment. Oh, and he'd be able to build things with his hands. I have not met this person yet - oh wait, I did but he was heterosexual.4) Do you believe in “it is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all” or do you prefer to “play it safe”? Uh, the first one. 5) On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being the highest), rate how important sex is to you in a relationship? Frequency, quality or both? Sex rates as a 10. It's all about quality AND quantity. 6) Have you ever written a poem or a song for someone you loved? A poem, yes. They're always tragic. 7) Destiny has paid you a visit and introduced you to the man or woman you could see yourself loving for the rest of your life. The hitch is, he or she is in a relationship or married already. Do you go for it or move on? Move on. 8) Destiny has paid you another visit and introduced you to the man or woman you could see yourself loving for the rest of your life. However, you find out that this person has 6 months to live. Do you go for it or avoid the ultimate pain this relationship will cause you? I would go for it. Life is full of risks...and this is just one more in a string of them. 9) Put the following four relationship characteristics in your order of preference (1 being the highest, 4 the lowest): Communication. Sex. Trust. Wealth. 1-Trust 2-Communication 3-Sex (yes, it's still a '10') 4-Wealth 10) Would you ever marry for money? Yes, but only if I loved them too. 11) Would you die for the person you love? Not if it could be avoided! 12) Do you see yourself as a faithful lover or one who might be prone to stray? If I'm happy, I'm faithful. If I'm unhappy, I leave. I won't cheat. 13) How many times have you been in love? Oh, gosh, more than I can count. 14) How many times do you feel a person can love in a lifetime (with different partners)? As many times as they are willing to open themselves up and allow it. 15) Do you believe it is possible and even probable, to be in love with two people at the same time? Oh, yes. 16) What is the one thing you must have in a relationship and cannot compromise on or give up? My own friends. 17) What is the one thing you will not tolerate in a relationship? Putting television before everything else. 18) Do you believe that saying or hearing the words “I love you” on a daily basis is necessary in a relationship? No way. It gets annoying and meaningless after a time. To quote one of my favorite singers, 'it leaves me sweetened in an artifical way'. 19) Do you believe in destiny and soul mates or do you feel it is all the luck of the draw or random? I live by destiny. There is no such thing as 'random'. Soul mates are everywhere, and they're not always lovers - more often, they aren't - they're best friends. 20) How many soul mates does one person have in a lifetime? Have you found yours? If not, do you feel sure you will? I define a 'soul mate' as someone you have known and loved in a past life (not always a'lover'), so the quantity could therefore be thousands or more. I have known what I consider to be many soul mates, and continue to meet them every now and then. Thanks for asking.
