I wasn't sure which way he swung, but that's unimportant. There may be a lot of people on the "famous people" list who swing every which way, but we are focusing on their achievements, their style, their personalities, their betes noires or their grand commotions. Ivor Novello came alive on the stage, entertaining for people all over England. Had he been born in 1970, he would certainly have bought himself a Turner Model 1.
