During the bridge she sings "Well, Mick says 'Stevie, this is just one more link in the chain.'"

You just have to keep trying. That's about all you can do, really.

And thanks to Mike B. for providing the show!
Ahhhh. Settles in to listen....

Sara, thank you for posting this (and by the way, a HUGE thank you for the Mistaken Love reels - is that the full reel? Are there more ML outtakes out there?) and thank you to Mike for recording. Can I ask a dumb question? How do you guys record the shows? What are you using? I'm always amazed at the great quality, and the lack of ambient sound (ie. crazy screaming fans).

Thanks again for making it almost like being there....

Friday and Saturday were definitely the best as far as vocals go. That whole gibberish thing in OTR was steller.

Performance wise though, Wednesday will always be my fav. You really had to be there (with close seats) to know how much she was in the twilight zone.

Word! The "sexual" Twilight zone! I cannot wait for m boot to rewatch it..all the gyrating, thigh massaging, ribbon...uh....caressing...etc. Stevie was one freaky girl on Wednesday in Vegas.

Thanks for the help Amber. Yesterday Marissa acually sent me the direct link and uh, well it was still the Mistaken love demos when I opened it. Talk about frustrating.
I will try again today! Thanks Sara and Mike B!

Finally Stevie's putting more inflection into her vocals. I haven't heard that in awhile. All the songs posted sound fantastic so far and I'm anxious to hear the rest. I think, I hope, this is what I'm going to get next month when I experience Stevie in concert. I'd like to add too, that I'm looking forward to seeing Waddy Wachtel on stage with Stevie. I think the man totally rocks and pumps new life into Stevie and her songs with his guitar and musical direction.

Thanks Sara and Mike for letting the rest of us, who didn't attend the show, a chance to hear it. SWEET!

Totally! "How Still My Love" is especially a treat... It's almost as if she was able to reach back and channel her Bella Donna voice- the whispered vocals and cooing and all. It's hot! I seriously have not heard a Stevie show this spirited and dead-on in... I can't even remember how many years. And she just kicks "Fall from Grace" to the curb. Sheebus! I'll bet she realized that singing is like any other skill you have- you use it or lose it. Hence, we've got three mini-tours from la Nicks this year. It's almost like she is hungry for it again.

...I didn't make it up. Thank heavens.

Now that I think of it, Stevie never goes out on tour without an ex-lover in toe. Girl has some attachment issues.
