I voted for CARRIE for two hours...so I guess we cancelled each other out. : > )
Something about Carrie's voice reminds me of Stevie's Cathouse Blues vocals.
Bo is fab too and no matter who wins, they will both be rich, famous and have a record deal. Clay and Rueben are equally as successful, the same will happen with Bo and Carrie.

I enjoyed this season. For ME, Season one was sort of boring. I preferred Randy before he used the word "dog" and "pitchy" in every single sentence though.

It's "dawg" not "dog" !

I voted for Bo last night for a couple of hours. I think I got something like 75 votes in. A friend of mine was truly dedicated, she got in 180 votes!!!!!

I will be equally happy if either Bo or Carrie wins. I'm glad they made it to the final, although I was always pushing for Nadia since the very beginning. And what was the deal with judges last night? They went back and forth praising Bo, then Carrie, then Carrie, then Bo, etc...When Carrie sang her original they didn't like it but when Bo sang it they loved it and vice versa. I thought that was VERY strange.

Carrie was out of tune most of the time. I was in the other room with the volume turned up & I actually stopped what I was doing to make sure I was hearing what I thought I heard. Yup. Was she ill or something? Doesn't she have allergy/sinus issues? She nailed "Independence Day" earlier in the year, but last night she was off - like she couldn't quite hit the notes.

Bo was good, but those original songs did suck. I think he did better on the "Heaven" one that Carrie & Carrie was a bit better on the other one. Either way, I dread hearing those as the first singles 5 times a day from whoever wins .

I tried to vote for Bo, but only got 2 votes in (Curtis must have been blocking the lines ) then passed out for the night.

Let's hope tonight won't be as boring as last night - ugh! We're having a finale party tonight (a bunch of us at work picked names & put in $$$.) Whoever has the winner's name will win $50 & the rest of the money goes to food & drinks. Yeah, we're dorks. And I don't care who knows it.

They both sang the same 2 original songs. Bo didn't sound that great on the first one he did. But this one was the last one Carrie did and she sounded good on it. The first song Carrie did she didn't sound good but when Bo did it as his second original he sounded good. One song was suited to one and vice versa. And with the old songs Bo outsang Carrie hands down. They were real close. I would love to see Bo win but if Carrie wins I will be happy for her because she is great. Although I agree with Curtis that Vonzell was better.

Those original songs were horrendous! I don't think anyone could have pulled them off. They sure were handed some clunkers---it's hard to rise above that no matter how much talent you have. Whew!

Agreed. Hence my original statement about Kelly's song "A Moment Like This" because it is a good song. Last night would have been more interesting had they been written a song as powerful. And yes I do realize Kelly is exceptional!

.30 in text messaging Only three times but hey, every vote counts, right? I just didn't want to text too much (and I couldn't get through on any of the lines) because then friggin' Cingular sends me a zillion text messages reminding me to watch American Idol, etc. Bitches, I get charged for that!!

I waited until midnight. I'd say I got about 75-100 votes in. Obsessed? A little. Will it be worth it? It better be.

Me too! I lost count of how many text messages I did for Bo. I only got through via the phone 3 times. I worked at it 'til midnight, though.

Oh, and Suze, if Bo loses by less than 1%, I may hurt you!

We totally had a feeling so I called up Curtis and we were like, "yo. we have to vote like whores on behalf of Susan."

And deservedly! I was going to vote after I got off the Ledge but forgot and went to bed!
