I hate it too. Make sure you eat those things you like, just in smaller portions. Denial is the river to a binge.

Those cookies can't last that long though, I know I would be hungry after like 1/2 hour! Stupid commercials make them look like they're chocolate mousse like in taste but I know better.

I'm down a total of 6&1/2 pounds in about 6 weeks.
we'll find out sooner than later, have to schedule a visit to IHS this Friday to get a referral to the neurologist, So a MRI can be performed to see what exactly is this "abnormal calcifaction" in my "right temporal lobe".

Oh, And I have lost 18 lbs. since my Mother passed away...Can ya say stress related weight loss??

I lost 1 1/2 lbs in Vegas. So, the "secret" to losing weight = eat whatever you want + drink alcoholic beverages, preferably the sugary kind + STEVIE NICKS!! She's the top secret part of the equation that no one wanted to tell us about. Seriously, how do you lose weight on this "diet"? Anyway, I'll take it, I would have been happy just to maintain after all of that deliciousness.

Maybe you guys lost water weight cause it was hot? Not to DD you...I'm glad you guys lost weight. Not so glad that I found it....am really glad my full length mirror broke last week. I didn't eat that much in Vegas, and I walked around and swam, too. But, no. Do tans weigh anything? Maybe that's it, I did get a tan....Or maybe Strands compliments swelled my head?

The buffets are worth it IMHO! I drink about 2 pots full of coffee in the AM and it cost me about $6.00 to go to Starbucks early one AM. I did not even like the danish either. At least at the buffets you can try different things.
I too lost weight but I really did not eat the garbage that I do at home. I also walked about 3 or 4 miles a day.

They are so worth it, I loved them. The coffee at Paris was delicious! I didn't walk quite so much. I made it over to Caesar's, down to Paris, and that's it for walking. I was driven over to the Hard Rock, so spoiled. I was so surprised by parking out there, you don't pay anywhere! Here in Boston you'll pay about $24 usually.

Well, we avoided the stairs like the plague in Vegas, so, I think it's real... Uh...I'm sure all these people have bad knees, and stairs are very hard on your knees, don'tcha know.

I wanted to take one with me as a souvenier (sp), but, uh, I didn't want anyone to see me doing so.
Yes, I got a lot of dodging, dance move practice avoiding them.
