I agree - I think she was just acknowledging him and them.

Yeah, I don't think she was necessarily singing that song directly to Mick. I had the impression both nights that I saw her perform it that she was singing it to the idea of love and loss as opposed to a particular individual.

Am I now Daniel the Dink? I like it! We'll go with that!

And I was always going opening and closing nights. I was planning on trying to get Friday tickets but decided not to. Too many fun things to do in Vegas and I was willing to only see two shows! I still wish I saw Wednesday's show 'cause Glitter_Fades was freaking out about it all night. But c'est la vie! Ooh, look at me! I stay at Paris for a week and now I'm all French or something!

I was in the first row during BatB on Saturday and she did say Mick. I must confess that I was too busy checking out her boots to really care though.

Wednesdays show was the BEST. I agree, was that really Stevie?? She was so sexy and apparently in another world. I loved it.

I think it is very sweet and very Stevie to dedicate BatB to Mick and the kids while they were there. He was in the video and all.

And to think, I could not get away from you! You kept finding me. I think that when you saw me during the day outside of Ceasar's I had gone back to snap a few photos of David.
I had a great time hanging with you! I had a great time with everyone actually.

I don't agree. I think she was just acknowledging Mick - he knows it's about him. Many fans know it. I'm sure his wife knows it. And their affair happened long before Mick's marriage to his wife. I actually think it's really sweet that Stevie and he have stayed such close and dear friends. She's Ruby and Tessa's godmother; I think clearly she's close friends with (is her name Lynn??) Mick's wife, too.

JMO.

Does anyone else agree that she was thinking out loud? It sounded ackward to just say his name mid-song and she onbviously didn't mean to say it. The second the song was over she quickly clarified what she said, or at least that is what it seemed like to me. Does anyone have a bootleg of this show? You will hear what I mean.

She didn't say it mid song. It was right before she started singing the song.

But the song had already started as far as the piano was concerned. It seemes strange to me. It was certainly out of place to my ears.

Did anyone notice if someone was filming Wednesday's show? Might be why she was acting perkier... ?? Nice thought, eh?

Ask Daniel. He saw her look over. She can't see past the first row, but she knew where Mick and family were sitting.
We were right across from him.
