See, though, it's good that everyone can like or not like who they want. Or defend and not defend who they want. I like to give new people a few chances, personally, but others may not want to. We're all so free, though, aren't we?

I'm sure lots of people have been through things, but some are cynical, some are not. Neither one is necessarily better. I (Although, I do prefer my good friends way - she's had a heinous life, but she is always smiling, and always nice and friendly to everyone she meets. She sees the good in people, doesn't look for the bad, and only says something less than nice if the person does something really bad, and even then she tries to be respectful). I dunno, it's very perplexing to me, is what. I mean, isn't making fun of people for using emoticons the same as making fun of them for their looks?

Have you moshed? So fun, but I haven't been in a heavy one. midlevel mosh was my limit, what with my short size, and limited weight.

Well, thank you. I'm not saying I've had a henious life. I'd do it all over again because I love where I'm at right now. I've always been cynical, and if I see something annoying, yeah, I'm gonna have something sarcastic to say. I'm just a bitch like that.

back when I was a teenager (Gee I really am gettin' old), If I tried today I can imagine the explanation I would have to give to the E.R. personnel

well, it seems strange to make fun of people for using emoticons, and then be mad at someone for making fun of someone's looks.

I'm sorry if you've had a troubled childhood and it's good that you are strong enough to get through thingsbut what makes you so special?

Hundreds of thousands of children have much harder things to deal with yet remain content in the knowledge that it's either not going to be like that forever or there is somebody worse off than them.. Stop the self pity and get a f**kin' grip.
