She is a world class nutbag, but it has been compelling to watch the spectacle she has created of herself. Pretty damned entertaining. And I do like a lot of her music. Pity she is such a foul human being, but she is certainly one of a kind. I get a big kick out of the train wreck of it all.

I remember reading an article about her trying to stay sober and she was walking around backstage at an awards show very quietly and keeping to herself instead of running around and acting like her usual self. It said that just drank soda and kept rebuffing everyone who offered her booze, and that she was getting annoyed with Anna Nicole for bugging her about partying with her that night. It toally didn't sound like the Courtney Love we know and adore.

I've loved Courtney forever..she's one of those either you love or despise people..

I have all of Hole's CDs, and I actually started to like "Americas Sweetheart" after a few listens..has some great songs..

She is doing so much better lately..she's gained massive amounts of weight, she says she's hired a trainer but hasnt put him to work yet...since according to her shes gained like 30+ lbs...but she looks much better, has her daughter back..
She'd def. play a great porn star..lol. I actually thought the Madonna thing WAS one of her proudest moments..

I think she looks fine with the extra weight, it suits her. She certianly isn't fat by any means. She was too gaunt before.

I wouldn't consider her "foul." When I think foul, I think Rush Limbaugh, Howard Stern, etc. Court's just a little... ****ed up. I still love her. <3

Here is Courtney as "The Starlet" made up by Kevyn. Also, below I'm transcribing her words at the end of his book, "Making Faces" in 1997.

I was so excited to be involved with Kevyn in this book. I used to read about him with fascination and the first time I felt his hands on my face I remember feeling total trust. To this secret woman's knowledge he brings his own genius.
