What the f*** is wrong with Mick's solos? I love 'em! (not picking on you personally macfan57, just seems like a common theme posted in this thread)

Actually, I think Lindsey & Stevie should've just outright quit after the Tusk tour, let Fleetwood Mac carry on with new people at that point.

...made two barebone-raw heavy rockin' albums from start to finish. One at the end of the Green-era (then play on came close) and one NOW.

Arrow Fleetwood Mac should have...

...not given rehearsed speeches and changed their setlist throughout their tours.

...a WAY, WAY better fan club with a free tee-shirt, calendar and chances to meet with the band, get the best seats...and not for $1000.

...put out more albums.

These are some of the few suggestions put forth so far that I can agree with... other than, of course, the no more Mick solos that many have suggested. Ugh. I can't stand him and that f*cking vest. And another thing... I was right in front of the stage and I still couldn't understand a damn thing the man was saying during that whole thing. It's annoying. It needs to stop.

Everybody seems to be talking about two different things: either the vesturbation stuff or the drum solos from the old day (like on Not That Funny).

I'm all for the former disappearing (or never having happened in the 1st place) but I always used to love the latter -- hearing Mick actually drum on his drums for a band jam.

True True.....I want a full-on DRUM solo...not a drum vest solo.

Though -the drum vest was cool and fun and novel the first time I saw it....it does get old however - mostly because there doesn't seem to be a whole lot involved.

Anyway more Mick DRUM solos....that would be great

Hmmm, a drummer drumming on his drums. Hmmm.......
INFINITELY more interesting than watching an old man grab his crotch!!!!
Ewwwwww.

Fleetwood Mac should consider recording an album in England, so Christine would join them.

Fleetwood Mac should release a Greatest Videos DVD.

I guess I didn't have anything specific in mind. But come to think of it... lowering concert ticket prices, making good seats more readily available to fans as opposed to execs, and holding more meet and greets would be nice.

Oh. And the free booze.

Those are the two BEST ideas I've heard in quite a while!
I doubt if Lindsey would do the England thing because of his family though.
