Mistaken Love.

I would die anytime I ever heard her do that song live.

PS: I'm not going to Vegas, so if she does do Mistaken Love, someone die for me, please?

(And then send me the bootleg of the show)

She not restricted from doing Mac songs, but it's unprecedented and highly unlikely that she will pull out any old FM song she hasn't done in while (solo) or has never performed.

What's the deal with so many people perpetuating the myth that her vocal range (or lack there of) prevents her from singing certain songs?? If that were the case, she would have stopped singing Dreams in 1979. It doesn't hold any logic. When singers age, they just sing the song differently (and add a lot of back-up vocal support!).

Stevie has managed to adapt many of her songs for her new voice. I think about how brave Elton John is to still sing songs like "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road." Even in top voice, that song is challenging for an extremely high chorus part. He doesn't sound the like 1974 recording...I don't expect him to. But it's still a credible performance.

Arrow LOL at David

I would keel over if she did:

Released:

Battle of the Dragon
Storms
Smile at You
If I Were You (she's never done this live, right????)

Non-released:

The Dealer
All the Beautiful Worlds
Forest of the Black Roses

I'd love the angry "flaming" version of Smile at You...it may bring on seizures which would by fatal on 6 inch platforms...

Come to think of it, Trouble In Shangrila would be the perfect song for her to debut in Las Vegas. To many people Vegas is Shangrila.

And isn't it an understatement to say that there is trouble there, or that people can and do get into trouble there? The song indirectly makes a social commentary on that particular kind of high-rolling lifestyle.

Thumbs up One song

Probably The Highwayman

Think About It would be a great song to open the show. It's up, catchy and goes with the the dreams theme ("Let yourself lay back within your dreams").

I agree. I like that song.
I was walking home just now, and I suddenly had the feeling she was going to do Kind of Woman... which would be fine, there's something nice and haunting about that song, and I think her voice is still well suited to it..

It's one of my favorites. It needs to replace Dreams after Outside the Rain. Urgently. Now. Right now. Immediately. Because I said so.
