Default Still hearing 'Friend' on the airwaves...

Been listening to a great radio station out of Martha's Vineyard called WMVY. They play a great selection of music in the singer/songwriter vein from the 70's through today. Yesterday I heard 'Rhiannon', 'Come A Little Bit Closer' and 'Warm Ways' from Fleetwood Mac and 'Friend' off of Chris' latest. Have a listen...

"Come A Little Bit Closer" & "Warm Ways"? I don't think I've ever heard those terrific songs on the radio. It's nice to hear they're still playing "Friend". Thanks for the link to this radio station.

I admit this is strange. "Friend" and "Rhiannon" no surprise. But the other two are unexpected. Did you hear them all at once? If so, this "block-style" formatting is also unusual anymore. And, if so, the dj was clearly a Chris fan.

I haven't heard Friend at all here on the radio. I have heard it twice in two different hardware stores, though.

The songs were played randomly throughout the day. Last night they played Sugar Daddy, that was a first for me. Great station.

Wow! Someone connected with that station must really like Christine. It's not unusual to hear "Say You Love Me" & "Over My Head" from the White Album. But, "Warm Ways" & "Sugar Daddy" are just about as good, in my opinion & I've never, ever heard either of them on the radio.

When I was at the dentist a few days ago I heard Friend and Got a Hold On Me. Maybe somebody there is a fan.

Even though I've been disppointed lately, I still like Metallica (I used to be rather obsessed though). If I had it to do over I would never have picked 'CreepingDeath' as a screen name.
