No, because I wasn't comparing the length of prison stays, I was comparing the fact that the punishments do not fit the crime the majority of the time.

Interestingly, Martha sis not go to jail for insider trading, she went for obstruction of justice, and she was guilty of that.

Isn't someone guilty of obstuction of justice in the Plame case? Why isn't your precious government persuing that?

I think it is a bit silly to put these people in prison for these crimes while the resources I feel could be better spent, the way I see Martha as always going to go to prison, just because for some reason she needed to have an example set against her.

Yeah, it would be great if no one lied. And, not to be rude, but wasn't there someone more nefarious and evil they could've been going after?

Maybe someone who lies and uses guns?
