Thanks Amber, that made me grin. I'd like to put him in a stream.

He's actually bright, just immature and egocentric. But he's loud and charming. Blech. I think I just threw up in my mouth a little. My boss had nothing but nice things to say to me and said it was very close which is why it took so long to decide. Ultimately he is more assertive. That isn't even true, he's just louder.

How irritating. I hate when people are fooled by personality traits like that. Darn, I sure wish you had gotten it!

I hate that too. He is going to mess up but for our department's sake I don't wish that. Maybe he can mess up where it just affects him.

I found out he applied for it while we were all out one night and I said to him, "I didn't think you were that committed to [company name]." and he said, "I can be bought." Hardy har har.

I hate almost everyone I work with. They all like to gossip about my sexuality, which I never even told them about. One guy I work with started a rumor (is it still considered a rumor if it's true?

) that I was gay. His reasons? I wore checkered vans - total skater shoes. Whatever

I just hate having people talk behind my back!!

Do you work in an office environment too? Corporate working is just inherently evil. There's this stupid ho that I see around this area who I used to work with and she used to gossip about all the "gay" people. Man I still hate her.

I pretend not to see her, I don't think she's ever noticed I work in the area, too self-involved. And I give people a lot of slack so you have to be pretting effing annoying/rotten to be on my radar as sucking.

My last boss was gay and he was the best boss I ever had. We knew he was gay the day he walked in to be interviewed, at least I did. And so what? Fortunately we were in a very tolerant awesome group of people. Not so much here.

And no, Suze, no office environment right now though I did work in one before. I hate gossipers like the one you're talking about and have encounted MANY of them, unfortunately.
