I also think it was very immature for you to take your site down and put that message there; the one that Pip referenced earlier in this thread. You lumped us all together with the people you have a problem with, and, in addition to that, I personally don't think an argument on The Ledge should persuade someone to take down his or her website. If I took down my internet stuff whenever I disagreed with someone on here, then I wouldn't have any internet stuff left.

I'm not trying to be one of the "obnoxious" ones (as you said earlier); I'm just saying what I think, as I generally do on this board. It's not meant to be a personal attack or anything of that nature.

Jeremy, you have to admit this thread was pretty loaded. "I was on this old mp3 list and I trusted everyone there with my remixes. ... I think I might know who it is...someone on that old mp3 list, but I really want to know where that set came from. Who made it. Who stole my SH** from me." That's an accusation, whether or not you realized it or intended it to be. Of course people are going to respond. You've said many times that you've moved on & you're over the old list and "just want to talk about Stevie and Fleetwood Mac," but in all fairness, you're the one who brought it up. No one is dwelling; it wasn't an issue until you made it one by characterizing a group of people, many of whom you said you knew posted here, and many of whom have shared more with the fan community than you can know, as greedy "bitches." I'm not trying to re-ignite the fire here, but please don't feign innocence.

It's also natural for people to get riled up when you plunge into a new community and throw bogus accusations around about people like Josh, or say the kinds of things you said to Hayley... both long time members many of us like & respect.

No one needs to jump on him for what he said to me. I basically called him a twat (which he is/was being) and he responded back in kind, just adding his own drama into the mix.

The Ledge is actually a pretty happy, welcoming, open place for people who don't come in with weird drama and accusations.

I very seldom post here but I just gotta say...

I don't know you and I've never heard any of your remixes. I'm sure you worked really hard and are proud of them. Obviously, if others passed them around or posted them for download, they must have been cool remixes. I feel badly for you...that you feel betrayed by people you trusted. Sometimes in life ****ty stuff happens...sorry it happened to you this time.

All that being said, I really feel you owe Hayley an apology. The things you said to her were out of line. You might want to try emailing or PMing her to tell her you're sorry.

Looking forward to seeing you post ... lots of FM fans around here to get to know .... lots of different opinions, ideas and viewpoints to bounce off your own ... so welcome to the ledge ... and remember we're all here 'cause we love the Mac!
