Oh, that unfortunate jacket. It hurts my eyes.

I like Cash, but his version of that song does nothing for me. That song of his that they use in the opening titles for the new Dawn of the Dead, though, hot damn. That sucker is a masterpiece. I'd never heard it before and it blew me away.

I <3 her voice on it. Especially when she kicks it up a notch later in the song.

Yep, about kicking it up a notch. I'm not sure which Cash song is at the beginning of Dawn. Oh, I watched that Isabelle movie. how weird!!! I could've used more Isabelle, less ugly old guy, but it was good and strange. Once again, I don't think she smiled through the whole movie. maybe once. She rarely smiles, i've noticed... "I'm too crazy and emotionally volatile to smile!" I'm watching Wendigo today, i'll report back. And, Cash's voice almost always does *something* for me..

I think it's called "The Man Comes Around" or something like that. It's good.

I tried reading the book that the Adjani movie was based on, but it was terrible. LOVE the movie, though. And yes, please report back. Maybe I'll watch it tonight, too...

Ha, we could co-watch it...you could be all "okay, did you see that part? Now, pay attention or you won't understand later!" and then we could both be all "hoooo****!" during the sex scene well, i will, you've seen it before. Unless you're "strangely silent"
Oh, and "And She Was", talking heads.

You have too many movies, my boy! I'd probably faint with delight if I ever saw your movie collection. I'd have to take a week off work to watch everything i've ever wanted to see.

You WOULD faint. Name it and I probably have it. I buy them all the time, plus I inherited my grandmother's collection when she died and it is huge. She started buying them when VCRs first came out. I have a shelf for my favorite movies and it's not on there like it usually is, so I don't where it could be.

Do you watch them again? I suppose so, duh. I have, um, 3 movies. But there's only been a few movies i've watched over and over. Party Girl, Le 'ete Murtrier, Queen Margo (gush) All About Eve, The Letter, Some Like It Hot, A Few Good Men...so, I guess if I did buy movies, I'd only need five or six... I've read many of my books several times, though... That's cool you have so many. My apartment already doesn't have enough room..

No, I haven't even watched half of them in years. Years as in almost a decade. I do watch my favorites quite often, just pop them in while I'm working. I could clean up on eBay, but they have too much sentimental value. These days I only buy them if I *really* like them. Which is often. I think the last ones I bought were Fargo and Leon the Professional, which I strangely did not have.

Oh, and I just read that Frances McDormand is Theron's costar in Aeon Flux. LOVE HER.

Oh! I love FMcD too! But, I swear, without the strangeness of the cartoon, it's just gonna be another futuristic action flick with good outfits. I wonder who is playing Trevor? I've never even heard of Leon the Professional! Oh, I've also watched The Ice Storm a lot.

Leon is the one with Natalie Portman where her parents are murdered and she shacks up with a hit man.

Ice Storm is good, love Sigourney in it. Her new movie Imaginary Heroes is great, too.

Here's info on Aeon Flux. Considering it's from the IMDB, take it for what it's worth...

Oh, I thought that was just called "The Professional" and I've seen it. yeah, there's a subtelty to Ice Storm that I find enthralling. The whole cast is so good. Love Joan Allen in it. And, of course, everyone else. thanks for the imdb. Omigod! The guy playing Trevor has my birthday! Haw! He has an ok face for it, I suppose. I'm not familiar with his work.
