Make sure you at least get your good fats, take Omega 3 vitamins if you don't eat fish, and try to get some Olive oil and Avacado, oh, and nuts. You do need some fats in your diet...

I have fat in my diet. I stray away from Saturated and Trans fat. There's a history of heart disease in my family.

I agree. Curtis, you look great.

Speaking of weight, I lost 2 more pounds. I think what helped is whenever I do cardio I switch it up, treadmill, elliptical, and do different courses every time. Also, eating chocolate.

I seriously eat a couple of kisses or promises every day. I have to.

I gotta get to work now, chat soon all.

I was am just jealous Curtis - but I think you look good.....as Amber said - some of us are just natural fat asses....I'm trying to embrace my natural curves and lumps lol....it's hard but hey - gotta work with what I have

I have never been really attracted the tall skinny type...my ex was tall - but beefy

I recently attempted to date a fellow here in Rochester - he was very tall and really skinny - and a really nice great guy- but I just am not attracted to him at all it's an instance of " I wish I could like him - but I don't"

I guess I just like some meat on my man...

Although I do not like the big muscly gym-type guys - too many muscle lumps creep me out
