ok, heres the answer to some questions.. 1st off i didnt JUST create my nickname here, i've had it for a long time, just always been a lurker because i post on the BN.net board and on micks board...
2nd im sorry if my vouching for someones identity is a problem... its honestly your choice to believe it or not...i was just tryin to be nice and say hey i know its the real deal for anyone whom didnt believe...
sorry for the problems... i wasnt tryin to cause any.

due to respect for matthew, i promised not to go into all of that... im greatful for his friendship, and dont want to chance losing it. so please understand that some things i just cant openly answer. and try to respect that too..

When we asked you how you knew someone that knew Stevie, you wouldn't tell us either. You might not remember that whole can of worms on the the Mick board, though. It just seems like everytime someone asks you a question about how you know someone, you never have an answer.

Just seems weird.

Perhaps she didn't want to reveal who it was because she wanted to make certain that it was OK first. Now that Matthew feels comfortable speaking (and it is him), she can talk freely and Matthew can do as he likes and has chosen to talk to everyone. I can't blame her for not revealing who it was. Some people on the internet and this fandom are strange. Had she said she had a degree of separation from Stevie, people would have been all over her like white on rice; inundating her with a ton of questions.

I guess you would have to go back to the Mick board and read it to believe it

That's cool - and totally respectable. Some people on the board choose to be more private about certain things because - hey this is the internet afterall - and as Marissa said - there are some strange and very zealous people out there.

That said - I once met a girl who was a friend of a friend of Matthews - that girl was the cousin of a friend of mine lol...we talked about it the night I met her then out of respect for all involved parties I never contacted her again - and now I can't think of her name to save my life...but since she's the cousin for a friend I shall e-mail and ask

For what it's worth, I also remember Mandy posting on Mick's board a lot, although I haven't been there in months. And on mandersv user info you can see that she registered like 6 months ago, not just to "vouch" that Matt is who he says he is.

Does this young guy Matt know that by introducing his true identity into the online fan world, he is leaving himself wide open to all the pushy, rabid, chiffon-wearing busybodies who populate that world?

If he didn't know that before, he probably knows it now.

Maybe he likes pushy, chiffon-clad women. I know of a man or two who does.
