They are simply marvelous. I've gotten so much good stuff recently that I didn't even know existed. Bonnie Raitt, Jefferson Airplane, Franz Ferdinand DVDs, Bowie, Iggy Pop, etc. I even download the show Medium and put it on DVD after it airs.

There are some incredible dvds popping up all the time. The Franz Ferdinand dvds are the sheeet!
I've gotten shows going back to the early 70s on dvd in great quality.
I snagged an old Linda Ronstadt show I saw on TV in 1976.
The image was better than a lot of older Mac video boots going around.
There's some amazing stuff out there.

Even for Mick, I think that's a little bit of a stretch!

Here's another thought - maybe Stevie thought he was six years younger than she when she wrote BC because that's what he told her!! He is very likely six years older, but as he got older, started fudging the date so he didn't appear to be so much older than all his bandmates.

Really, I think that Stevie and Mick were that much to each other. It's hard for some of us to imagine, but who are we to judge? Do I think she still holds that torch for him? No. Do I think she has incredibly sweet memories of their time together, and wonders what might have happened had he not been married, and then dumped her for her best friend? Maybe.

As I always state - this is just my opinion which I don't purport to foist on anyone. But, I have always felt that Beautiful Child is about Mick, and finding that paragraph in the book last night just sealed it for me.

I think that's going to extremes. And to what ends? Why would Mick care about correlating his life with one of Stevie's lyrics? With all due respect, I think he has better things to do. At least I think he does, who knows?
