Default Are you mine

Absolutely Love this song. Stevie's voice is amazing on it. She really should have released this, it is superb. It shows Stevie's wonderful ability to harmonise (when she really puts her mind to it!!) The only problem I have, is that the file cuts off before it's finished. Does anyone have a full version of this song (the one with Billy) that doesn't cut off at the end and can you send it to me???

Cheers

Isn't this song on Behind the Mask? I haven't listened to this CD in years and years, but I seem to remember a song with her and Billy that went Are you mine.. all the time... "

Nope, sorry. I'm wrong. Just went and checked.

Now I'm wondering why I know this song. I'll go check if I have it. I probably do.

Okay. I have it. I'm listening to it now. I heard it years ago in a radio interview she did (and this is where my boot is from). On the show, she tells the interviewer that she did it with Billy during the RAL sessions, and they did it because she just loved the song. But because it wasn't written by her or by Billy, they didn't put it on the BTM album because it would have taken the place of one of their songs. "But," she says, "we WILL do it, it will be used. Maybe we'll do it live on stage..." I can't remember if they did it during that tour. I've sort of blocked that era from my mind.

And I seem to have the full song. It's a hard out at the end, but it sounds like it does finish. I can send it to you if you want.

Actually, she didn't include it on RAL, not BTM because the didn't write it. Three other songs she didn't write made it though....

It was never done live.

You don't miss a thing! You're right. She was referring to RAL when she said it didn't make the album.
