Aug.30,1978-Baton Rouge, LA (2 Disc version of the complete show, Different than the one disc version listed on easytree)

March 11,1980-Melbourne, AU & March 15,1980-Sydney, AU (Great soundboard recordings)

Oct.12,1982-Memphis, TN (Another soundboard transferred from master audio cassette)

Oct.20,1982-Oakland, CA (Maybe an "audience" recording, But one of the best from the 1979-1982 F.M. touring era!)

All of these recording came from the same source/provider as did the GOS release.
Hopefully the download will complete today, but the easytree homepage seems to be offline for me anyways. Thanks to the provider of the lossless version of GOS on CD, you know who you are................

The ACLU version of Peace Keeper is queued up and ready to go, I'll start it as soon as GOS finishes.

Does anyone have lossless versions of the 'Demos from the Village Recorder' collection? Or are they all MP3 sourced?

I think I might have them. Would someone double-check for me? Here are the links to the analysis readouts of two separate tracks: http://www.buckinghamnicks.net/images/lbspectral.jpg

The first one was the cassette demo of Steve's Riff, and the other is the track version of Deep Dense. I'd be happy to seed both volumes, but I'm not sure how to go about it.

Once the tracks have been compressed to FLAC or SHN you can create the torrent file via MakeTorrent http://krypt.dyndns.org:81/torrent/m...nt/index.phtml remember that the announce URL for easytree is http://bt.easytree.org/announce.php. Use the classic view and point at the parent folder where the FLAC / SHN files are and it will create the torrect.

Then the torrent is uploaded to Easytree, you then re-download it and start seeding.

If you need any help, just holler

Do I need to record the tracks off the CD as .wav first, then convert to .shn or .flac? Or is there a way I can go straight to .flac?

I believe you can configure EAC to compress to SHN direct from CD, but I was not very happy with the results. I convert to wave using EAC and then convert to FLAC using FLAC FrontEnd
