Life is too short to worry about what other people think and I'm sure that if you looked hard enough, you could find just as many flaws in them that they're pointing out in you. Love yourself for who you are and it's their loss if they can't see who that is.

Ever read Camryn Manheim's book? It's one of my favorites. I adore her to pieces regardless, but the book is truly great. Funny, warm, and very true. She has the kind of outlook on life that makes me feel warm and fuzzy.

Her book was great IMO. A VERY large friend of mine who was formerly a size 4 read it and it made her feel so much better about herself. She is now back to a size 6 but she had her stomach resized and I am worried about her. She lost a litle over 100 pounds in a month. But, I think she will pull through okay.

That is way too much weight to lose in a month! Geesh! I hope she's alright.
