Ya know, back during the Tusk/FM Live days when he acted like such an ass and pitched little fits on stage? (ok, ok, I know he still throws fits onstage today, but it's generally directed toward his guitar!). Didn't he sing an entire show off-key one time? Was that the time Chris threw wine in his face and slapped the **** out of him? Too funny!

9. During the emotional parts of Silver Springs, Lindsey brings out a box of Chicken McNuggets and eats them with his mouth open and staring at Stevie with wide eyes.

I think the wine was after the time he pulled his jacket over his head, mocking Stevie dancing. Didn't he kick her, too?

That's about what Mick said ... but, heck, Stevie sang an entire tour (1991) off-key!

I vaguely remember from that St. Louis 1979 audio soundboard that Christine plays "Oh Daddy" in D minor & sings it in C# minor!

I've experienced-what I call- aural vertigo, a couple times. It's usually alcohol induced, although sometimes, if stage volume is ridiculous, it's hard to find tonic(no, not tonic for alcohol, you non musicians

).
I know a bass player who has a terrible time singing in E. I sometimes have a little trouble getting started in Bb....

This happened at a concert in New Zealand back in 1980 during the Tusk tour. Lindsey was extremely unprofessional-kicking Stevie, singing out of tune, playing the wrong notes on his guitar, etc. This is from Mick's book describing the incident:

"The show finally over, we stumbled into the stadium's rugby changing rooms, where we were dressing. There would be no encore that night:we were all freaked out. I could hear the crowd screaming for more as Christine McVie stormed into the room, utterly hell-bent, and made straight for Mr. Buckingham, who was slumped miserably on a bench. Lindsey stood up, and Chris smacked him-crack!-right in the face. Then she threw her drink at him for good measure. "Don't you ever do this to this band again," she shouted. "Ever! Is that clear?" Then she stormed out again."

I would have LOVED to have been a fly on the wall & seen this.

Just to add..during the show, Linds was very drunk (according to Mick's book). He mocked Stevie while she was singing Rhiannon by pulling his jacket up behind his head. He played and sang offkey all night as well. He also supposedly mockingly kicked Stevie, I mean he didn't pummel her across the stage but he kept putting his foot out in a kicking motion... I guess as she was trying to sing.
During the Dance, in Rolling Stone..crap I think it was during the Dance...Lindsey was asked about the incident and kind of played it off, claiming he could not really remember. (maybe he can't, Mick said he consumed alot of booze before and during the show..perhaps he does not want to remember) Interestingly, Stevie never brings up or mentions this event. There have been times over the years when she has been pissed at Linds and tended to spout off negatively about him. Especially when he quit in 87. I have never read anything where she has talked about this event...except in the RS interview where I think she says she ran at him after the show as well and the bodyguards had to separate them. I remember Christine saying something about the audience paying all this money for tickets and Lindsey singing offkey was a slap in the face to the paying fans.
