The youth of this country are not cattle like their parents, contrary to popular beliefs. Growing up in the current environment will shape them into true liberals in the future. I firmly believe that.

They do share that trait. It is charm. I would vote bright over charm any day but apparently that is not how most people feel. I agree on the point that Bush is not dumb. I really don't think he is, although most definitely he's a dunce linguistically. But he seems to know exactly what he is doing which is even more frightening.

well, yes it is and Kerry getting 48% and 57,288,974 votes is prrof of that. As are the votes gotten by Clinton and Gore They know that the far left will for the most part vote for the D candidate in a swing state and even if they do not, the D candidate picks up maybe four votes for every far left vote lost It is a numbers game pure and simple.

The guy I want to be president in 08 is John Mcain. I know you dislike him for some reason Diss, but he's against the Iraq war and for helping the enviroment, and probably more of a democrat then some democrats.

As I say to my friends in Texas, I wish I knew the law.

well, that is a bit shortsited The D's still have to carry some of these states for the Senate? They are not going to do that with a far left agenda?

If I see that icon again, I am going to vomit. That thing drives me bonkers more than I can express with the written word.

As for what you said, I'll respectfully disagree. The Dems are at a crossroads and they're currently going in the direction of the bad road. If they continue on, they're in big ****ing trouble, believe you me.

I would vote for him in a minute, esp. over W - I wanted him to win the R nomination in 00 - I would have voted for him over Gore any day of the week.

Thus, my point that gay marriage and the amendments are issues that cross over party lines and are supported by many D's - sadly so IMO.
