Right. So in the event that giving birth will kill the mother, Dubya made the procedure illegal. Now who's a murderer?

Funny thing is that every investigation disagrees with you.

It was struck down, dear. Once again, it's a matter of you not knowing your ****.

1) I don't want to make decisions about other people's bodies.
2) Making it abortion illegal doesn't stop it from happening. It will still happen and be less safe. I think it's worse for someone to give birth and throw the baby in a dumpster and leave it to die because she couldn't legally have an abortion.

But you've heard these things before, I'm sure.

Uh oh. I should've known that.

Once again, know your **** before jumping into such a conversation. Partial-birth abortions are illegal in many states. The states that allow them have sole discretion as to when and why they are performed. They are only performed when the life of the mother is in jeopardy. The doctor and the state have sole discretion. Please do not confuse abortions with partial birth abortions because it makes you look idiotic.

And I'm still waiting for you to read the UN Charter and for you to define self defense.

abortion is abortion....I don't care how large or small the child is...its still a child! murder is a murder!

Actually, I don't know, I confuse it with Connor's Law ( ) pretty often, so I'm not sure. Lemme look.

And that mother who threw the baby in the dumster deserves to have her ass murdered via the death penalty.

Amen sista! If my baby was to be born w/o a brain, with no chance of living somewhat of a normal life....I would have the option to abort it. Would I do it is another issue, but the option is still there.

Eh, there's no logic behind your train of thought on this issue, so believe what you want.

A child is one between birth and puberty.
