That song gets me hot and bothered, especially:

You can feel my lips undress your eyes
Undress your eyes, undress your eyes
Skin can feel my lips, they tingle- tense anticipation
This one is an easy one, feel the word and melt upon it

*swoon*

And no, I'm not telling you what you should or should not do. I'm just saying that giving things a chance is common sense.
I don't think those songs sound the same, first of all. Second of all, I didn't like it, the two songs i heard sounded the same to me. That's fine if you think it's not common sense. I'll still say it. Instead of talking to me about it, why don't you do a little thesis right here on how all their songs are so different from each other, how varied the album is, and how great it is? Time well spent, i would say, especially if you think i'm wrong.

Kate is saying that before you say the album sounds the same with every song, you should hear it first. That's all.

I know. I was saying the two songs i heard sounded the same. Plus, if people use the words "you should" with me, well, I won't. And i understood what she said, thanks anyway. It really comes down to, I can say my opinion if i want. Like I said, If she disagrees, and thinks i am wrong, she can talk about the album all day long.

And what I'm saying is that if it's your opinion that the songs on the album sound the same, it's a bull**** opinion because you haven't heard the album to base it on, dear.

I can deal with that. I (and Kate, it seems) am (are) just saying that two songs aren't always a good representation of the album. Haven't you ever heard a couple of songs on an album before you bought it and though "OGM TEH AWESOME THIS ALBUMZ GUNNA ROOL." Then you buy it and it sucks? Same thing, only IMO the opposite.

I'm sure Kate has a life. But thanks for the suggestion. Next time I disagree with you, I'll make a note to write a thesis explaining why and how we can all prevent it from happening again, etc. Since you're always right and all.

You're just going to ignore this post anyway, so I don't know why I typed it.

DISCLAIMER'D. Just my 2 cents, YMMV, IMO, WTFOMGSTFUBBQ!~(@*!@!*) etc.
that's fine to say that two songs aren't a good rep of an album. However, i don't like it when someone tells me i should or should not judge what i have heard. And, I don't care if Kate writes a thesis or not. I'm sure she does have a life. However, she did take the time out to tell me what i should or shouldn't do, which could've been better spent, IMO. And i don't think i'm always right, i have admitted so on several occasions. And you're free to write a thesis or not, when you disagree with me, I could care less. Just don't tell me what i should or shouldn't do, while you're at it.

Must break tension, must break tension......

A 70-year-old man went to the doctor's for a physical. The doctor ran some tests and said to the man, "Well, everything seems to be in top condition physically, but what about mentally? How is your connection with God?"
And the man answered, "Oh me and God? We have a really tight bond, he's so good to me. Every night when I have to get up to go to the bathroom, he turns on the light for me, and then, when I leave, he turns it back off."

The Doctor was astonished. He called the man's wife and said, "I'd like to speak to you about your husband's connection with God. He claims that every night when he needs to use the restroom, God turns on the light for him and turns it off for him again when he leaves. Is this true?"

And she said, "That idiot, he's been peeing in the refrigerator!"

The point isn't whether or not *you* think they sound the same. The point is whether or not others think that they sound the same. And you did exactly what I had assumed you would've done; jumped to the defense of those songs. I just can't see how you can make a statement when you have no facts to base it on. That's just flat-out assuming.

And while I'd love to write a thesis for you, I have other things to do, like waxing my eyebrows, or alphabetizing the spice rack. Thanks for the suggestions, though, dear!
