Forgive and Forget is my favorite song, period. I could listen to it all day and every day. It's so beautiful. And incredibly hard to sing, dammit. She goes so low with her voice and then so high with it next second.

That song is perfect, I think. The drumming's great (and what initially attracted me to the song), Jimmy's all over the place, and Debbie's voice is aMAZing on it.

Can't beat Angels on the Balcony, though. Faybrit Blondie song everrrr!!)(@*!)(

It's hard to pick a fave Blondie song because they are the most perfect pop group ever, IMO, but Forgive and Forget blew me away when I first heard it in '98. I got it imported from the UK way before it came out in the US and listening to it was better than sex. I had gone to one of their shows earlier in the year up near Providence where they had played songs from their "new album" but they had been songs that didn't make it onto the record (Studio 54), so I felt extra special. After such a long-drought, it was almost surreal.

The live versions of Forgive and Forget are just stunning, though, because they really show you what a beautiful and flexible voice she has. It's hard to do such a mix of low and high notes, but those years with the Jazz Passengers paid off.

All I need is for them to play Suzy and Jeffrey live and I'll die a happy Blondie fan.

Actually, I guess I like some parts of S&J. I just hate that line & the car noises.

Love the version of Accidents on Live By Request. It's so cute how she she shouts "After all!" so abruptly.

I've been fascinated with Youth Nabbed By Sniper and In the Sun lately.

My favorite parts. I love it, ever since I heard it on vinyl. It's so over-the-top and kitschy. The keyboards are all over the place, you can tell Jimmy had fun with it. I love the chorus: "They're going for a blooooooooooooooooood test." Have you heard "Bike Boy" from Def Dumb and Blonde? I like to play those two back-to-back, even though they don't go together very well. Something about them just flows...
