Exclamation Omg!!

How did you know I made out at the stores? We totally went behind some clothes racks...

Oh wait....

LMAO!!

I stayed home...where it's nice and quiet...no crowds, listening to my fave songs, working....making cash instead of spending it. Although, I need to go get a few things for my family next week or so.

I did, also. Well, I drove back to my house. Man, I'm glad to be back.

Well, I had to work today so I did not get to go shopping. However, a few of my co-workers got to the stores early and bought cars loads of stuff.
I am sorry but I value my sleep. I heard on the news today that there were people waiting in line since 11PM last night for Best Buy to open. I guess they had a really cheap lap top in their ad.

I am still trying to find a place that has a good deal on cards.

Loro Piana at Sak's Fifth Ave. (the one ON fifth Ave. LOL) for $50. It is a bright blue cashmere (arguably Loro Piana is the finest in the world) sweater. CHA MF'ING CHING - It was regularly like $900. I almost fell over when I saw it. The sales lady - who looked as if she been there for YEARS - was like "Dawwwling - let's ring this up beeefoawre someone upsawires changes their minds" - spoken with a Brooklyn Jewish accent

Strand: Great score--that's my kind of buy! Mmmm---cashmere. I was finally able to find the pair of leather gloves I'd been looking for the past two years ago when I finally got to a SFA a couple of weeks ago while out of town on a business trip. (I have very specific demands regarding leather gloves--they must be silk lined and the longer, so-called four-button length). And I got them on sale too Saks is just such a wonderful store. High as hell but. . . . it's just beyond words. The first time I ever set foot in the SFA in NYC I felt like I had found my spirtual home. My friends had to drag me out of there after two hours kicking and screaming.

And Diss--just how many pairs of leather pants do you own?

I am so totally the SAME way about gloves. If I cannot find THE pair - its the $30 Isotoner ones, which are actually FAB. IMO.

I know about SFA on Fifth. THe first time was with my mom. The limo pulled up, we got out, my mother handed me a card WITH ME NAME on it (it was my b-day as it is now or at least on 11/28 - 38 ) at the ripe ole age of like 14 or so and she said "I'll be in the shoe dept - come back in two hours to carry the bags" I was so scared to charge anything - but I got over that REAL quick

My mom is a very special lady and, quite frankly and with a few notable execeptions, they do not make them like that anymore!!!!!

BTW - I could SWEAR Henry Kissenger walked past me today with his security on the way to the elevator

Only you... but yes, if that is what I think it is (a la the SHAWL I FELL IN LOVE WITH) then you scored a hot deal my dear

Me? Like I said, I wasn't going out and I didn't. Why? Ooooh...I don't know...I had to shell out $1,100 for repairs to my car this morning (thusly leaving me without a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of -_- ) BUT, my parents promised me a new computer for Christmas so I ordered a fabulous Gateway computer which will be delivered on the 9th. 17" flat panel monitor, DVD/CD-RW drives (YAY FOR BURNING DVDs and CDs!!!) and a ton of memory and some free shipping. I? am stoked (ya'll know I destest the blob but this is blob-esque excitement).

Oh trust me, I know that Diss is our resident leather-wearing pants guy and that you're the guy with the expensive tastes--see, you're a man after my own heart while Diss is the type I lust after.
