Thanks buddy. It's been a long, strange, painful, slightly masochistic, triumphant, and entertaining trip.

There's a strage phenomenon occuring here in Red Sox Nation. Everyone is complaining about how boring the World Series has been compared to the absolute roller coaster that was the ALCS. Amazingly enough, people are wishing the Cards would win so we could take it in Fenway with Schilling! Red Sox fans? Hoping to lose a couple? It's just so wierd to be in this position. We now expect the Patriots to win and if they lose, well thats outrageous. We now expect to win a World Series...it's almost guarenteed, and we just don't know how to feel. Will this take away from the interest? What could we possibly complain about after this? I don't think the reality will sink in for a while. (and I speak as if we are certainly going to win. Of course it's not certain, but let's face it. The Cards are done.)

As a side note, the Celtics won their first championship against St. Louis, the Patriots won their's against the Rams, and the Bruins ended a huge drought by defeating St. Louis. You wouldn't believe some of the numerology things I've heard too. See you all at the parade! It's gonna be insane.

I think that NY Yankees could tell you how you blow a 3-game lead. They sure did.

not the way I would play it, Ya have the Cards down 3-0 ya go for the throat and celebrate afterwards, Cause if ya wait around the Cards could, repeat COULD come back from 3-0 and force Boston's hand...

I havent thought of it as a boring Series, But the Cards have definitely mailed it in, If ya know what I mean...

OHH I don't even want to think about it. Just be done with it and win the darn thing already Red Sox! It's not over till it's over.

I would love to see Derek Lowe get the final win tonight.

The lunar eclipse is taken place tonight and should be visable over Busch stadium providing that the clouds break away.

PS: I love how the Fenway games featured performers from New England! Exept for Kelly Clarkston of course. I don't know if either Martina McBride or Amy Grant are from the MO area but they never announced it.
You had 3 artists from different genres of music too in Boston. Very nice idea. I was kind of expecting Sheryl Crow to show up some how in St Louis. She is from MO right?
Anyway I would love to see more New England (like the band Boston and a lot more) performers but maybe not at another Fenway game this year.

I am just going to keep my mouth shut right now.
