Have you tried the elliptical? It'll kick your ass but will be much better at not stressing your knees than a treadmill or bike.

For real? I don't think I've ever seen one of those. I know my friend does that when she goes to work out. What's it like? I'll do anything if it doesn't kill my knees.

It's the motion of running, but your feet are on ski like things that glide...like stairmaster, but with the full range of running motions...very easy, very fun..

My neighbor informed me this afternoon that while I was gone yesterday morning, two Republican hogs tried to take my Kerry sign and replace it with a Bush one. So I went out and stuck tacks in the sign just in case they tried to do it again. Then I put two more next to it.

I work for the editorial page of my local paper and we've been getting lots of letters from people saying their sign have been getting stolen. Then we got a letter from a woman who was so sick of it she smeared her new sign with axel grease and "poison ivy oil".

LOTS of people over on the DU have been smearing their signs in poison ivy oil. There isn't any around here, or else I would have done it, too. I was going to put some dog **** around it, but then I thought twice about it and realized I do have a little class.

The weird part is, do they think if they steal your signs, you, and everyone who doesn't see your sign, will forget who they were going to vote for and accidentally vote for bush? Geez, you're not as stupid as them, after all!

No, I just think it's disrespectful to go onto someones private property and steal their private property. I wouldn't go and steal a Bush sign. I might urinate on it, but I wouldn't steal it.

A lot of people around here have "Support Our Troops" on their cars...you know, the yellow ribbon stickers. A friend of mine had hers stolen. Lame.

Honestly, i'd like to steal all the f*cking campaign signs and burn them. It makes everything look like ****. I can't tell you how many signs that are put up that don't get taken away for months after elections are over.

Sorry, must be tired.

Angry I hate this day...

October 22 is the single worse day in my life (Today was alright, But I still hate this damned day every year since 1977 & forever will)...

By the way, I also have grown sick of the political signs..."Signs, Signs, Everywhere there's signs...f**King up the scenery & blowing my mind"!!!!

I'm sorry, G. Maybe you should make this a festive day in your life, to honor good memories. maybe then you can expel it from your sorrow bank. You know, some kind of ritual or something...
Much love, and I love those lyrics...
P.S. PM?

just hated this day since it was the day my Father was killed in a carwreck which in turn destroyed my family forever more...

But I am in a good mood tonight since "South Park's Greatest 27 Episodes of all-time" is currently on Comedy Central...Gotta laugh at that s**t cause it has the same warped sense of humor that I have.
