John Fogerty...Live By Request
Anybody catch John Fogerty's Live By Request show last night on A&E?
Great show. The "Fleetwood Mac" connection: Billy Burnette on rhythm guitar, George Hawkins, Jr. on bass. (I never would've recognized George...he looked almost like ex-CCR bass player Stu Cook!!) The set list was: Travelin' Band Green River Bad Moon Risin' Centerfield Deja Vu All Over Again I Will Walk With You Up Around The Bend Who'll Stop The Rain Lookin' Out My Backdoor Down On The Corner Lodi Fortunate Son Proud Mary Suzie Q Old Man Down The Road Sugar Sugar Born On The Bayou Fogerty's band: Bob Britt (ex-Bob Dylan Band): guitar, bkgnd vocals Billy Burnette (ex-Fleetwood Mac): guitar, bkgnd vocals George Hawkins (ex-Mick Fleetwood's Zoo, Christine McVie Band, Delbert McClinton): bass, bkgnd vocals John Molo (ex-Bruce Hornsby Band): drums

NO, but i wish I had - I looooooooooove creedence/john fogerty. sounds like he had the full setlist, too - Did he/they still sound good?

Right On! I'm happy to hear that...good for them! I love that right now i live where they're from...well, about 2-3 miles away...you know, I would actually love that recording...do you know if it's for sale? (I don't have cable, dagnabbit, but i've seen a lot of A&E productions out...)
