You are only beginning wondering why they even own Tusk? I just STOPPED wondering why they own Tusk.

We'll know who's full of hot air when say they Tusk is their fave Mac album!

S'not my fault... this vote would have been for "Angel," if it didn't have immunity.

But, of the songs available to vote for, I guess my heart belongs a little less to "Tusk."

I love it and adore it (in fact, I just made a cool little "hybrid" edit of the 'Chain' boxed-set mix and the original album mix, and I've been listening to that a lot), but I like "I Know I'm Not Wrong" and one of Stevie's remaining songs much better.

I'm glad you included that smiley face or else I'd be pipin' mad at your comment!! Well, sort of ...

I like a host of Lindsey's songs in Tusk, just not really Tusk. I mean, it's okay, but I like SMAP, IKINW, and WATL much better, and two of those are already gone!

That's alright, you're just making it easier for a Stevie song to win this.

j/k

Seriously, though, I think it's a sad day in the Mac fan community when Lindsey can't even win a game based on his album.

I'll bet he can win one of his solo album Survivors!

Anyway, think of it this way... he had such a strong voice in the arrangement and production of ALL of the songs on 'Tusk,' that he basically wins no matter which song "takes the prize."

Patti · #52 09-15-2004, 11:35 AM

I really do love this song and I was hoping to vote for Angel this round, but alas, no. I can't believe everyone is voting off Tusk...what's the world coming to?

I love your positive spin on this...and you're right. He had a hand in just about everything on this album, including producing and arranging Stevie's masterpieces, so if you look at it that way, it's a win/win situation for Lindsey.

Serrart · #54 09-15-2004, 11:51 AM

I would have voted for Angel too, but it's not possible. Tusk is brilliant but the other two Stevie songs in the game struck a very deep chord in me. By the way, I'm for a final round with a Lindsey and a Stevie track, despite the pure Tusk fans tellings-off

How can we complete with the # of Chiffonheads? There's no group running around here known as Eraserheads! The Chiffonese clearly outnumber us.....

These sort of remarks give me the creeps, sir Stew.

That implicates that this whole game is not a game. What the hell, put all the Stevie songs on place 1-5 and Lindsey wins, because he owns the album in spirit. If the guy hears that himself he'd smash 9 Turner-model one's to pieces on your head, one for every song he contibuted, screaming STRIKE! with every crackin guitar.

*looks around in wonder
I'm still here ?!

Hogwash.

We all know he's the mastermind behind the band and it's sound, but to say that he still wins if a Stevie song takes the cake is absurd.
