No I don't have one, my parents do but they would never let me use it on line.

I am assuming that you have the money to buy it, yes? Ask your parents to buy it for you online and give them the money to pay. That way you're being responsible while asking for their help. That should work.

Yeah I have about $15 at the most lmao I am struggling strongly for a job right now, but I know that I have a friend in VA that said that she wanted to buy it for me but i'd still like to get it on my own.
