"You're So Vain" by Carly Simon
"Horse with No Name" by America
"Heart of Gold" by Neil Young
"Superstition" by Stevie Wonder
"Dream On" by Aerosmith
"Hotel California" by The Eagles
"(Don't Fear) The Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult
"Summer Nights" by Olivia Newton-John & John Travolta
"Band on the Run" by Paul McCartney & Wings
"Photograph" by Ringo Starr

Have Fun,
John
Ooooh, those are some good picks there. I'd add Baker Street by Gerry Rafferty and just about anything Steely Dan released (the Can't Buy a Thrill & Aja albums in particular).

Baker Street was played a lot on the radio. That song reminds me of the beach. Gary Wright's Love Is Alive was another one and of course, Dream Weaver.

Another band that I love is Steely Dan.
Definite "honorable mention" goes out to them. "Reelin' In The Years", "Black Friday", "Aja", "FM", "Hey Nineteen", Rikki Don't Lose That Number", and it goes on and on.

And nobody's even mentioned PINK FLOYD yet. Does anyone remember them?

I know, but there are so many. I'm actually going through my Steely Dan catalog now, listening to a few tracks. It's great! "Babylon Sisters" is playing now!

Another Steely Dan one that I can't pass by when I have their music playing is "Haitian Divorce." I love the wah-wah guitar, the reggae beat and those wonderfly funny lyrics!

Oh God! I haven't thought of that song in years. That's a great one as well.

How could I forget Bowie? Ziggy's the definitive 70's Bowie album for sure.

I've been listening to the new 30th anniversary remaster of Diamond Dogs lately and Chant of the Ever Circling is now one of my all-time favorite songs. It's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo weird, even by Bowie standards.
