DVD to CD help

Some have the ability to take a dvd and transfer it to cd. Recently, a couple did if for the LIB dvd. I have a concert dvd that I have tried numerous times to transfer to cd, but the audio is always crappy. If anyone out there is able to and has time to help me out, email me at [email protected].
