Is the button down jacket/dress gone for good?

You know that dress everyone was bitching about last year? Has it made an appearance at all on this leg of the tour? It seems like every time I look at new photos on this leg she is wearing something different. Go Stevie! Let's give her some credit!

And, I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I like the rebok shoes. I think they are sort of cool.

Also, it seems like Stevie is really skinny on this last leg of the tour. Comparing the pictures I took in West Palm Beach to the Live in Boston DVD, she must have lost like twenty pounds. Or maybe it is the whole thing about how a video camera adds ten pounds or whatever.
