Default Interesting Lindsey interview

I'm listening to the interviews Lindsey did this past week....and it's VERY interesting. He agrees that they should give out their albums at the concerts like Prince is doing.

Thank you to Tiff for putting these on her site!!!!

I love hearing him talk about his bond with Kristen and mentioning Stella!! He said LeeLee just now!! Never heard him say their names before!!!! COOL!!!!!

This is way better than hearing him rehash the Rumours crap ad nauseum.

The interviewer is kind of dippish, but he did a decent job not talking about the same crap. Bravo!

Talking Here ya go!!

www.bluewhitefire.com

In the second interview he's talking about writing lots of songs on tour!!!!!! He is talking about the solo album, putting it out after the beginning of next year, then a tour...and they are teasing him about it not happening.

I REALLY think this is going to happen folks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That story about Leelee is so cute!
Kind of embarrassing how he tries to talk his way out of the Stevie-question

And he talked how Leelee is turning into a fashion plate, and how males and females are totally different, and not by environment. Leelee and Will are totally different from each other as female and male..........

He was also asked the last time he paid for a guitar, and he said it was a long time ago. Sponsers just give him the instruments, including the ones he throws around. "It's one of the perks."

Sounds like he'd consider giving away free CDs at concerts like Prince, but the others would have to agree.............

Yep, a new solo album in 6 months followed by a concert tour are in the works!

I loved how they talk about Destiny rules in the beginning of the 2nd interview. They play pne of my favorite scenes from it, when Stevie gives her if we explode we'll have the music and that's waht really matters speech. And I loved it to death the first time around and I loved that they choose to talk about the documentary and that quote in particular by Stevie. They also really rip Stevie apart for the whole spirit catcher thing. That was funny. I love these Mark and Brian guys, they are such fans. I remember last year they did that interview with Mick, Lindsey, and Stevie. These guys are going MAKE SURE lindsey sticks to his word this time. They joked with him about how he never lives up to his solo promises.

AND at the very end of the interview he left open the possibility of this turning into a mac album instead. And I know that'll make you just die Christy and CarneVaca and Lux and some others, but That's what I hope happens

Well, I'd be alright, too. But only if it's early 2005. And if it's gonna be a mac.....that won't happen....

Remember when they kinda did that at the November 29th London show at Earls Court...?

They were handing out SYW sample CDs which had some interesting edited/remixed versions of the songs.

(I somehow ended up with 5 of those......)

I'll believe THAT when I see it! He even made fun of himself during the interview for the notoriously long time it takes for him to make an album. I think it's good that after all that's gone on in the past year, he can still make fun of himself.
