Fave moments of the FM Marathon

Okay, I know lots of us...well, at least me, Dis and Joe (LOL) were listening to this yesterday. What was your fave moment or song they played?

My fave moment....hearing Mick say Lindsey would be working on a solo album after the tour....whether it's true or not....I was EEEEEEE!!!-ing all over the place. LMAO!! Also, he said something special from Lindsey is coming...did he mean Soundstage???? Who knows.

Fave song...ISA from Boston...unfreakinbelievable!!!! That was typical of me, tho. LOL I was excited with Danny's live Only You...but dangit, he got pretty much ZERO love yesterday!! That would be my least fave moment, along with One More Big Time Rock & Roll Star being played twice. Sorry JS, still love ya.

It was great to hear the Chain at 7:05 am. I knew at that point we were in for 18 hours of great music. Also, when they were talking about Christine's new CD and web site. They sounded pretty excited about it. The whole thing was great and it gets better every year. It also changes every year too. Last year they were heavy into Peter Green where this year they seem to play tons of LB. Email WBWC to let them know you want to hear it again next year (just so they don't skip them again).

-Hearing the Lola Thomas/Gotta Band songs
-Hearing all the Boston songs
-Chatting with everyone for, like, ten hours straight

-Hearing Crystal, TITN, and Storms on the radio
-Finding out that Lindsey and Stevie are most likely doing solo albums next
-Staring at the computer screen for probably the longest time in my life
-Their playing stuff from all incarnations of the band. Though they still could have passed on the Time stuff.

Well besides listening to FM for 15 hours straight , winning 2 tickets to the show on SUNDAY!!!!!!!!! At my 14 hour mark of the marathon I finally got through!

Very cool! Congratulations!

I guess my favorite part was Mick saying about being sure there'll be another FM album, and about the solo albums. I didn't listen long enough to pick a favorite song they played. Had to work. Just glad I got to hear Micks' interview.
