Default New Date for Camden?

I haven't seen a new date yet. If someone knows can you post it?

I also might be selling 2nd row center (102) seats for the show if anyone is interested...

They haven't set a new date for Camden yet...here's the latest from fm.com (not much different than yesterday's update)...

The current situation has resulted in several changes being made and inevitably and regrettably some dates are lost and will not be rescheduled while others have been moved.

The following shows have been postponed:

Tue-06/01/2004- Scranton at Montage Mountain
Thu-06/03/2004- Camden at Tweeter Center
Sat-06/05/2004- Hershey at Hershey Park Stadium

Scranton has been rescheduled and will be on June 10th
Hershey has been rescheduled and will be on June 12th

At this point we cannot confirm a rescheduled date for Camden. We will give out information on this show as soon as we have official information

The above changes have resulted in the following cancellations.

Thu-06/10/2004- Pittsburg PA at the Post-Gazette Pavilion
Sat-06/12/2004- Tinley Park IL at the Tweeter Center

Fan club ticket purchases for these shows should contact 800-242-8881 or email [email protected] to process your refund.

If you hold a ticket for the Pittsburg show and did not purchase it through the fan club, please visit the Post-Gazette Pavilion site (link below) for info on your refund:http://www.post-gazettepavilion.com/

If you hold a ticket for the Tinley Park show and did not purchase it through the fan club, click the Tweeter Center site (link below) for info on
your refund:http://www.tweetercenter.com/chicago

Please note our information is posted when decisions are confirmed. You may hear rumors before confirmation and these may or may not turn out to be true. We can and will only post changes when we have received official word from the bands managers. Rest assured that we are doing everything possible to make information available to you on a timely basis while at the same time not succumbing to the temptation of posting premature information.

So the first show after the cancellations will be my show. I want to be helpful here. I recommend that Stevie sit out the show and the boys play the following set:

Holiday Road
Eyes of the World
I Know I'm Not Wrong
Save Me a Place
Murrow
Red Rover
Peacekeeper
Oh Well
Come
You Do or You Don't
Love Minus Zero/No Limit
Caroline
I'm So Afraid
Don't Look Down
Say Goodbye
Big Love
What Makes You Think You're the One
What's the World Coming To
Blue Letter
Go Your Own Way

Monday Morning
Tusk

Never Going Back Again

Finally, someone posting some sense!
OR, better yet, talk Christine into filling in for a few shows.
Peter Green did it!

Despite the fact that I am coming from a different place than Carne with this, I actually would appreciate this as a "better than nothing" approach. My Chicago show has been cancelled. Now, I would much rather have seen a show where Stevie said "I'm sorry guys, I can't perform tonight, but Lindsey here will do his part of this show. If you want to get a refund, fine, but the rest of you can get your money's worth out of him!" - like I said, better than nothing!

Of course, I realize some people like dissention can only have a good time if Stevie is in top form, regardless of how Lindsey plays. Or so I gathered from his review of the show he went to.

I will sell the tickets if I can't make the show. It's impossible getting out of work. I will let you know Jimmy.

OK, I was kidding, but you make a good point. The problem is that there are more people there to see Stevie than Lindsey.

But, under the circumstances, rather than cancelling shows (except for the ones you absolutely have to), why not put Stevie at the front mic for only four or five songs and keep her on stage to harmonize as best she can for the rest of the show? I would honestly be fine with that, not just because I prefer Lindsey but also because I want her voice to recover.

I'd take a half assed Stevie show. As long as she did Stand Back, I'd be happy. I'd even do without Sara!

I just want a new date!! When are they planning on announcing it?

Seriously. But perhaps she is too sick even to do that. At any rate, I know more people are there to see Stevie, and that's why I put in the "refund" part. As if any of this could happen anyway, lol.
