Ticket Refunds from Fan Club?

I am on hold with FANFARE right now. Since Pitts was canceled. They are telling me they will not refund until the ticket have been recieved back to them! That is bull&%^!
They know who purchased them and how. All they have to do is credit the card. I am sure I will get know where with them but I am trying to speak with a manager. It may take many people calling and buging them. They are keeping the handling fee for there trouble as well!!!
I hope Cleveland will not be canceled.
