Default NY area shows...anyone want to split a pair of tix?

i have decided to go to one show...additionally, i am interested in getting tix near the stage - within the first ten rows. however, most of the tix are only being sold in lots of 2 and i can't seem to get anyone that wants to spend the $$$.

would anyone want to go in this with me?

i am going to ask one more friend but i want a back-up plan. i'm currently checking ebay and brokers.

my top choices for venues are jones beach or pnc....scranton is next but it's during the middle of the week but ticket prices are much lower. currently, there are third row going for $195 a piece.

let me know...thanks!

Check encoretickets.com for singles, although it would be more fun with a companion. I went alone (due to the price), and I was lonely waiting for the show to start, but once it started, it didn't matter at all.

yes, thanks....i actually did, but it seems that the only ones sold individually are the ones where a lot of 5 or 6 are available. currently there is row 6 and 7 available for about $250-275 each.

hey Joe - I was able to get front row for Scranton off of Ticketmaster last week, believe it or not!

Didn't you go to the Albany show last year? I seem to remember talking to you about that....

Anyways, good luck with the ticket quest. I'll be at the Scranton & Hershey shows.

i've been checking tm everyday and have not found anything good.

yes, i was at the albany show (was it the stench we were laughing about!?)...i was also at nassau and meadowlands. i'm only allowing myself one show this year....and it figures they've got "sara" in the set too. i've waited a loooooooong time for it to come back.

thanks!

I didn't actually see you at the Albany show, we just talked about it briefly here.... I just remember your user name for some reason. (I don't remember any stench...lol!)

I hope you can find some good seats on TM! I searched like a crazy person last week - and then all of sudden one front row ticket popped up and I WAS ON IT!!!

yeah, i remember there was a horrid stench around our seats...i remember someone else that posted here experienced the same thing as they were seated in the same area as us.

anyway, when you checked tm, did you click "search again" because i've noticed that usually the same seats pop up if you click that. so, it's not really worth it.

Hey Joe! I remember I was talking to you back then about the awful smell that night somewhere around the 7th row at the Pepsi Arena! I hope whoever that was isn't planning on going to the PNC arts center!! I just remember looking over at my friend Matt who is known for doozies like that and saying "IS THAT YOU!". I feel sorry for whoever had to ride home with that person.

The same seats do pop up for some time usually, but if you keep checking, sometimes different ones pop up too. That's how I got my front row Scranton and 2nd row Albany last year.
