Default Boston DVD question

I want to pre-order the DVD, and there are two options: the two DVDs with CD for $28.03 and the "2 piece" for $24.58. What is the difference, besides $3.45?

There is no difference that I'm aware of other than the packaging. One set will come in jewel case type packaging, the other set will come in a DVD snap case. I'm getting the DVD snap case one, since it IS a DVD. I don't think I'll care about the CD too much, unless its so damn good (Like the Dance).

The lower priced one doesn't come with the CD. The one that's almost thirty bucks does.

Hmm... so let's see. The Rolling Stones charged 29.99 for a five-disc DVD set. Bruce Springsteen charged $15.99 for a two-disc DVD package.

Fleetwood Mac for a two-disc DVD and one CD package? Almost 30 bucks!

You seem to be forgetting about the $80 fan club where you don't even get a membership card.

CD Universe has the best price I've seen... $23.09 for the 3-disc set.
They only have the CD's 10 song track-listing posted on the page, but it is the 3-disc set they're offering.

If I can be anal just for a moment.....

It's still a rockin' deal, but just for the record it was 4 discs.

Cool

I work at Best Buy unfortunately. I think it will be either $21.99 or $22.99 when it comes out. I believe our store is only getting 5 copies of each one, so you better storm out quickly and pick it up.

I was planning to pre-order because I had to drive all over town trying to find all three reissues. Best Buy didn't have ANY of the reissues. They couldn't FIND them, although their computer showed that they had them. So I was just trying to save myself some stress (and gas and time) by pre-ordering.

You are correct. Be anal all you like, my friend. It's not like I ever pass up on an opportunity to correct somebody either.

As my daughter would say, Uh-Oooooh. They'd better have one for me or the kid I dressed down when I returned my defective Rumours reissue* is going to have to contend with me again.

*They didn't have any more copies but I was free to pick any other title of the same price I liked. But no refund. I said, Nyet to that. After I pretty much cleaned the floor and got the cobwebs off the ceiling with this kid who was trying to argue with me, they gave me a refund.

They are only going to get five copies on release day? Best Buy has more copies of The Dance at any given time and that came out seven years ago! Speaking of which, will this dvd get the same recognition as the Dance or will it just be something that the die-hards pick up?
