sorry, but I think this is a snobistic article. I normally puik on these magazines. But I really like to see where they're living. Although there's literally nothing I like in this house, except it's outside look and the gear in kitchen and the studio. So I read it. I'm a hypocrite.

Hell, if this old-brick-architecture crap is such a cool design element, if my wife and I ever decide to sell our humble home, we will really have to push the bricks that came from a very old New York City building that was torn down.

That reminds me: I have to ask the mason, who is a neighbor by the way, what building it was.

The Mediterranean style doesn't really appeal to me, but the thing that stood out most to me is that the house seems rather impersonal; it doesn't look like "home." Maybe because the pictures were styled with props? Maybe because there are no personal photos around the house (except the one beside the bed). Maybe it's comfortable and homey to them and that's what matters.

Most of the rooms did lack what I consider a "homey" feel, but Lindsey has quirky taste which shouldn't be surprising. Witness the decor in the background of his at-home interview in the Disney Going Home special.

To be honest, I can't imagine having three kids living living in that house. They must have a playroom or something the kids have to stay in, and keep them out of all the other rooms that have breakable stuff!

Even the staircase--it's gorgeous but makes me nervous thinking of kids going up/down it. Maybe I'm just a paranoid mother, but I would feel like I had to watch my children every second if I lived there.

Yeah I agree. That was the only photo that I liked was with LB and his guitar.
