I play them worse than she does

I think we did Tusk in High School - so I played the trumpet on that.

I like guitar and bass, but I've never been a big flute fan. What attracted you to these instruments?

I thought you were in high school before the Tusk album.
Oh, you mean you played a tusk as an instrument.
Woolly Mammoth?

Sorry about that. It is "For What It's Worth" by Buffalo Springfield. I selected "For What It's Worth," because it was the easiest song I could come up with to play. I'm currently working on "Gold Dust Woman." I tried to play it first, but it was too hard to start out with.

Unhappy Errr.....

I can play a little bit of guitar, but I've been a lazy moron and haven't picked it up in awhile. When I was a kid, I played the tamborine in church. I think I have pretty good rhythm.

I play piano, guitar and a mean tambourine. I was taught to read music when I was 12 (classical piano). In high school, I started playing guitar. Like Stevie, my parents bought me one for my 16th birthday. But not a Goya, an Applause. It's an Ovation knock-off.

My tambourine is a Remo - crescent shaped, glow in the dark. Just like Stevie's. ;-)

We had a baby grand piano in the house when I grew up. But after we moved to Texas, my aunt in Philadelphia got it. She told me I could have it back, but I'm sure the shipping costs are outrageous. So, instead, I have a vintage keyboard. A Rhodes 78. It's sweet!

I can also play be ear pretty well...I have all the Stevie/Mac songbooks, I just don't have the time and/or patience to spend hours at the keyboard like I used to. But I like to bang out Rhiannon like Stevie on the piano demo version. And I taught myself how to play Kind of Woman, before I got the song book. I love the piano in that...

Started playing piano at age 7 (well, started taking official LESSONS at age 7...my cousin Paul taught me how to play "Chopsticks" & "Heart & Soul" when I was 5)

Picked up a guitar at age 11.

Started playing both professionally at age 16. (1972...you do the math)

I play a bit of keyboards. Operative word(s): A bit. I'm not that good, admittedly, but I can play a few FM songs. I'm playing them wrong, probably, but it sounds right to me. And it's not like I'm ever going to perform them anywhere. As of right now, my left hand doesn't like doing anything. I'm trying to get myself to the point where I can actually *use* both hands while playing.

I play a bit of the bass. Again, not too well.

I really play just for my own amusement.
