I played the trumpet in High School. I was very good (first chair). I also play the piano a tiny bit, which is ashame because I have a beautiful one (Steinway M crica 1933 or so - mahogany). I love it, but do not do it justice with my plucking on the keys.

I play the guitar.. Not exactly the most unusual instrument in the world!

Although I do play a Turner Model 1 these days which is the most awesome guitar on the planet IMO...

One or two.

Now I'm only concentrating on further continuing my piano studies.. but I continue to play my guitar, bass, and flute on the side.

I play a few other wind instruments, but I'm not currently studying those.

I took piano lessons for about 8 years. I also played the flute in junior high. I really need to get back to playing the piano again.

Well, I have been playing the guitar for about a month now, if you can call it playing. I know all my major chords, a few minor chords, and one song.

Otherwise, I play a mean tambourine , if you can call your voice an instrument--I sing, and I used to could play a few songs on the piano.

I'd bet my blood that Sarah is one of *THE* most musically gifted individuals and she had BETTER do something with the talent she has

Kinda strange but noone else in my family is musically gifted (But my 11 yr.old niece Kendra will soon be starting piano lessons...The brat has the longest fingers I have ever seen, Bad enough she looks identical to me, But to have God curse her with those big ol' flapjack hands is another thing!!!)

I did figure out how to play Jefferson Airplane's White Rabbit on a toy guitar, though .
Voice is an instrument, just not the kind I meant.

Not bad for second day on guitar, but be prepared for a giggle, especially when I make the mistake of trying to sing on it, despite having to sing so softly in order for neighbouring apartments not to hear. (I started singing and I thought I heard the people upstairs packing their things.)

The Chain
Cool. Many of us wish we had a parent who could play Mac songs on the holidays.

Any Stevie songs?
Looks like the Atlanta concert crowd will be gathering for sing-alongs at Jason's.

But it's portable & adapts well to different songs.
