But this seems outdated, if the voting was to be completed by 10/31/03. I wonder who won?

LOL - Yeah, I noticed the "K." It looks like they didn't have a ceremony for the 2003 peeps until June. So, maybe the 2004 peeps haven't been announced yet? Or they are VERY slow in updating their website.
