One thing I just wanted to add about the Bozeman show (not that any of you are planning on going there LOL.) but if it's a possibility for you don't be fooled by the small town, never heard of this place etc. syndrome. Tickets will go in a flash. The venue is small - and since acts like FM don't come around everyday people there will snatch them up quickly. When I went to see Tom Petty it was sold out - and I have never been to a sold out Tom Petty show (again it's a very small venue).

How bands and promoters get around those curfews and sound ordinances is just simply paying the fine. Clear Channel does this in Atlanta, as there is an 80db maximum sound ordinance at Chastain Park...and Clear Channel just pays the fine if they know ahead of time they will break these rules...it's easier for them, and cheaper in the long...because it keeps fans satisfied..
