O...m...g!!
The Washington DC Lindsey OOTC show posted at BN.net....
THANK YOU NANCY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The version of Go Insane, IMO, is better than the Dance!!! It's now my fave version and I've been listening to it NONSTOP for the past 20 minutes!! The solo is BREATHTAKING!! At minute 3:11-15, OMG!! I lost my breath!!! And the entire solo is almost classical/Italian-sounding or something...dangit, I can't explain it in words!! And when he says "I lost my POWER in this world...and the rumours are flyin.." the emphasis on power....AWESOME!!!

I saw him in CT and I had heard that he was not feeling well. A couple of days later, I had myself a nice little cold so I guess being in front with him sweating over me and shaking his hand. I got a cold from him!

AH, I wish I could've been there! The power in his voice during "Go Insane" is incredible towards the end. I agree that it's better than the Dance.
And it's my pleasure to put up Lindsey's awesome show! |

Ah yes...
I saw this show in Philly and remember being awash in the moment during these first two songs. He was SO in the moment and it was SO refreshing to hear these scaled down versions of these songs. This was when these were new, and no one knew what he was doing until the vocal kicked in. And then it was just, "whoa."
Carne and I have agreed on this before, but it's worth repeating. This was the best show ever. Stadium shows have been so underwhelming after seeing this show. There was so much interaction between the audience and Lindsey...wow...just wow... Lindsey, release what's left of GOS and come 'round again!

This show...
is the BEST Linds' solo show I have currently.
If Nancy received it from a person named Lindsay, That person received it from me...And I received it from Neil from the U.K. along with other L.B. shows, But this one stuck out the most. Brian j.

My only complaint...
with this show is that there is no "source" info available for the recording...I would really love to know what type of recorder/microphone/editing program the taper used because the sound is very upfront for an "audience" recording.
Brian j. ps-Yep, Good ol' Neil sent it to me...Now if I can only find the Boston show
