Just watched on….You Tube…
Lindsey performing with Sombr… Sorry I can’t transfer ….but it’s on YouTube. He looks cool in his old T-shirt and jeans. He sounds okay and performs well. ( if this is an old clip…apologies) Last edited by sue; Yesterday at 01:48 AM.. Reason: Mistake |

Is this to what you're referring? To share the link on YouTube, all you have to do is hit the arrow pointing to the right, scroll down to copy link, then paste it here. Even Stevie could do it. Well, most people can do it. ![]()

Just watched Lindsey on stage with Sombr again...thought he sounded pretty good …even did the stomping around at the end of GYOW. I don’t know Sombr at all….but he looks a lot like a young Lindsey |

No doubt GYOW has been Lindsey's most rocker, popular and enduring song.

The young Lindsey was an artist who wrote and produced legendary music. Sombr is a terrible karaoke singer who brings older artists onstage with him to simulate powerful moments and prop up a pathetic manufactured “career”. He is taking full advantage of the opportunity presented by a profoundly idiotic general public.

Can anyone tell who's playing acoustic guitar on it? I find it hard to believe that Lindsey would do it, without HIS guy on acoustic. That's what holds the song together.

I’ve never heard or seen pictures of Sombr …..and I certainly won’t go looking for him… I just thought he resembled a young Lindsey……slightly, that’s all. If he is so bad …why was Lindsey appearing on stage with him ?? |

My guess would be... mutually beneficial promotion.

In its lower key Lindsey's voice can still pull off the verses of Go Your Own Way. The chorus sounded good with Somber's band and backing vocalists. I have no idea if there were sampled vocals in there as well. Somber's band's guitarist is playing the acoustic part and there appears to be an additional rhythm electric guitar part present as well. Not sure if it was looped. To my ears Lindsey' solo was really good. Finger dexterity still there!
Somber for sure was a little lost on the verse lyrics. Lindsey' wife Kristen seems to have very much enjoyed the performance as she has posted at least three Instagram stories about it. Today's installment included the heart emoji and the caption "so proud". |

I don't know if Sombr knows the whole story behind the song, I guess so because whenever a media outlet mentions Fleetwood Mac, they always go into the whole Rumours soap. Anyway, he has a mischievous smile right after singing the Packing up Shacking up line.
